New to CrossFit and want to get started? This is the program for you
We will teach you all the basic movements, the dynamics of the classes in 2 personal training sessions ( 1 hr each ) to ensure you can enjoy the most of each of our programs and you can move safely.
Program Includes 1 month of unlimited classes and the 2 personal training sessions.
